Your mission will be to oversee the client service & project management for our most demanding clients– working as the day-to-day contact, running project mgmt meetings & creating business & technical presentations. This job requires both a high degree of technical skill and exceptional client relationship ability.

You must have 5+ years experience as a sr client manager or project manager at an agency or SaaS startup. You should be versed in social tools, CRM systems & influencer platforms. You'll need to show examples of business presentations you've made that cover technical topics and include workflow diagrams.

LOCATION: Onsite 2 days a week in NY with work-from-home flexibility the rest of the week.
