Come join our fast-paced environment where you will utilize your deep experience in developing, writing, and editing business content for the web to further connect our members as our Senior Web Editor. Your efforts will support our Members and their efforts to advance the growth of their own firms and expand their contribution to the industry at large.

We are seeking someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in writing and editing business content for publication; experience in financial services strongly preferred
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills 
  • Experience with SEO optimization and content-related analytics  

What you will be doing:

  • Writing original pieces for digital publication. 
  • Writing compelling, substantive content for RMA’s electronic newsletters. 
  • Setting the editorial agenda for the web and integrating it with the broader editorial agenda for the firm, in collaboration with RMA Journal editors and others. Monitoring risk beats, building relationships with sources (both internal and external to RMA), and pitching story ideas. 
  • Measuring the effectiveness of content using metrics and analytics (in collaboration with web and analytics teams) and leading the effort to adapt editorial plans and practices accordingly. 
  • Editing stories for digital publication in line with RMA’s editorial guidelines and standards. 

The Location:

We are seeking candidates in the Philadelphia, PA area but are open to other locations on the East Coast. As a hybrid remote policy, we value employees coming together in the office for meaningful collaboration and work 10-20% of the time.
