We’re looking for a Production Designer to play a supporting role in design and production of brand deliverables across our marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. The Production Designer will join our fast-growing marketing team to execute production designs based on brand standards, existing templates, and current documents. You have the aptitude and enthusiasm for the work to communicate and reinforce brand identity to our growing community of educators.

What This Role Will Do:

●Maintain and reinforce brand standards

●With direction from the Senior Designer, utilize existing templates and designs to create presentations aligned to our brand and communication goals

●Complete a broad range of presentation deliverables, including training slides, print collateral, and infographics

●Maintain pre-established processes, tools, and strategies for the development, organization, and execution of projects as well as team archives.

●Work closely with Creative Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects, assist with proofing, and expanding the digital asset library

●Create and update slide presentations based on company design standards

●Contribute to internal design team reviews

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience

A minimum of 3 years of full-time professional experience in a production design role

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Google Slides

Strong understanding of print and general digital capabilities, limitations, and best practices

Track record for bringing design files to the finish line — print-production ready

Deep understanding of the design and production process

Experience working with a team and understanding how your individual contributions ladder up to collective team goals

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to independently drive multiple projects at a time and meet deadlines

Excellent design craft with an eye for detail, precision, and consistency

Embracement of an iterative design process and open to feedback

Proven experience working across marketing channels: digital, email and print

This role is remote, but you may be asked to travel as needed for business or for team building purposes.
