Digital Graphic DesignerFLSA Status: ExemptDepartment: Rawlings CreativeSupervises: NoneReports to: Creative DirectorLocation: Westport Plaza, St. Louis, MO- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 work from home)
General Overview
The Digital Graphic Designer will lead graphic and asset development in the areas of social media, digital marketing, and ecommerce for the Rawlings brand. This position will work closely with the digital and design team members to drive projects and initiatives according to production deadlines. The Digital Graphic Designer will create lifestyle focused, digitally native content to present a premium brand experience online.
Duties & Responsibilities:Provide designs for Social media, E-Commerce, and digital marketing.Contributes to multiple projects in varied levels of completion, multi-tasking within fluctuating deadlines.Implements line looks based on art direction.Completes art set-up for import and domestic production including logo trapping for pad printing.Provide new and original art as needed.Direct photoshoots with players and/or captures in-game photography at tournaments and events.Capture photos of Product as needed.Create product image mock ups/fakes as needed.Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5-7 years experienceProficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.Strong photography abilities with a high resolution cameraExperience working in a Mac-based environment.Basic Microsoft Office software skills.Experience building catalogs preferred.Familiarity with adjusting colors in Photoshop preferred.Strong attention to detailAdaptable to a deadline-driven and team-centric work environment.Screenprint/Pad Print knowledge is helpfulPassion for all sports is a plusExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal / communication skillsStrong problem solving ability and analytical skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
