Vaco LA is working with a company in the Manufacturing industry who is looking for an Admin Assistant to come and join their marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant key responsibilities will include managing incoming marketing request and projects, following up with vendors, and managing POs. This opportunity is located in the City of Industries and will be fully in the office. This opportunity is looking to pay between $20-$25/hr for a 3 month temp assignment.

Job Specifications;
Managing all incoming marketing request
Managing all marketing timelines and POs
Following up with Vendors
Other Ad Hoc admin related duties
Experience working with an Ad or Graphic Design agency is a plus
Over a year of Marketing Admin experience a must
Experience using MS office suites, Excel, and adobe suites
Bachelors Degree or AA preferred
