We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our proposal team with the confidence to lead the development of graphics for proposals and presentations. This position works closely with our Proposal Specialists and Engineers. The role's objective will be to create visually appealing graphics that clearly communicate complicated topics. Excellent creative skills are required to continually improve the graphic presentation of materials. Strong facilitation skills are also needed to lead and support discussions with engineers.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work well with others, and have organizational, time management, and communication skills. This position requires the ability to work under tight deadlines.A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.Typical responsibilities include:
Design graphics such as maps, flow charts, timelines, organizational charts, tables, and other information graphicsDesign graphics and documents using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesignMaintain graphics for the Creative Cloud Libraries and our asset management software (OpenAsset)Stay abreast of graphic design trendsCreate and edit templates for InDesign and PowerPointLay out proposals that are easy-to-read, attractive, and clearly communicate intended messageProvide technical support to the marketing staff for Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPointCreate finalized bookmarked PDFs and assist with binding final printed documentsSupport Proposal Specialist when preparing final deliverables for clientWork closely with the Proposal Specialist to ensure documents adhere to client requirements (Request For Proposal) and Wade Trim's brand standardsRecognize each project is unique and adapt work approach to fit the teams needs and expectationsMaintain a safe working environmentEducation
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldSkills/Experience
