If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.BE PART OF THE CONNECTIONThe Director of Sales is a critical leadership position with responsibility to drive revenue out of Cleveland, Ohio at Spectrum Reach. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective collaborator, and supportive coach who has a track record of driving results. In addition to directly driving sales, the Director must be able to develop compelling client strategies while also serving as a thought leader within our organization and industry.The solutions we offer are powered by data from our 32 million customers nationwide and have the technology, partnerships, and expertise to reach nearly the entire marketplace.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to deliver revenue growth while ensuring success in achieving the company's and our client's business objectives.
Deliver results.Proactively cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies for potential partnerships.
Build Relationships.Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt to many levels of technical expertise.
Own the Message.Mentor, train and coach a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive results and manage day-to-day sales activity.
Develop Team.Coordinate sales efforts that may include scripting, guiding a discovery process, sharing best practices, sharing expertise/training, and leading solution development.
Model excellence.Stay current on digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, ad measurement, technology trends, buying patterns/budgeting across all media including but not limited to television, CTV, OTT, display, video, search, and data integrations.
Be a Thought Leader.Foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue (Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACHRequired QualificationsProven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.10+ years of sales experience with 3+ years of sales management in advertising sales (preferably CTV), programmatic and/or managed service to marketing decision-makers with brands and/or independent ad agencies.Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiating and simplifying complex ideas.Familiarity with the Ad-tech ecosystem including ad networks, exchanges, SEM, DSP, SSP, and other integrated technologies.Local and regional travel required, valid driver's license, and safe driving record.Proven skill with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of client relationships and business excellence.Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that is fueling new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our customers.Understands the nuances of a large organization and how to make things happen in a matrixed organization - strong organizational navigation ability.Is energized by challenges and the effort needed to solve them.SPECTRUM REACH CONNECTS YOU TO MOREJob Perks: Lucrative compensation plan and the opportunity to sell an unmatched suite of products in locations all across the country.Dynamic Growth: The growth of our industry and evolving technology powers our employees' careers as they move up or around the company.Learning Culture: We invest in your learning and provide paid training and coaching to help you succeed.Supportive Teams: Be part of a strong community that gives you opportunities to network and grow and wants to see you succeed.
