The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsive, and ready to tackle challenges head-on. In addition to traditional administrative duties, the Support Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting with creative concepting, developing project decks, and managing meeting recaps and agenda scheduling. This role also involves real-time scheduling support, encompassing the booking of appointments, flights, and other travel arrangements. Includes but is not limited to:Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to contribute innovative ideas and concepts for marketing initiatives and campaigns.Take a lead role in creating comprehensive project development decks, ensuring they are visually appealing and effectively communicate key project details.Prepare detailed meeting recaps that capture key discussion points, decisions, and action items.Manage the CMO's agenda, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and commitments are organized efficiently.Effectively manage the CMO's calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and events to optimize time and prioritize tasks.Serve as a liaison between the CMO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely responses.Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure seamless and efficient travel for the CMO.Manage expense reports and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining a high level of trust and professionalism in all interactions.Top of Form.Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.Perform other job-related duties as requested.
