It starts with you!Assistant Community Manager Position OverviewThe Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for:Supporting the Community Manger with financial operations and orderingHandling rent collections and delinquency for the communityManaging the administration of property operations and leasing for the communityAssisting with the coordination of maintenance, grounds, and service requestsProviding excellent customer service and support to our residents and prospective residentsWorking with leasing to achieve and maintenance high occupancy and prepare for new move insAs the Assistant Community Manager, managing the renewal process for all apartmentsLead by example to help maintain a high-performing, customer-focused team with a positive work environmentSupport and assist with outreach efforts to promote the communityContribute to resident satisfaction and the achievement of community and company goals as Assistant Community ManagerAssistant Community Manager Qualifications:1. Minimum of 2+ years of residential property management2. PC proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and the Internet.3. Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communications skills;4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail a must.5. Ability to work with highly confidential information, take initiative and exercise good judgment; Must be a self-starter, capable of identifying needs/requirements.6.
Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions and implement resolutions.7. Proven track record of success with leasing8. Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management9. Strong financial skills including analysis and budgeting10. Extensive knowledge of property management system, OneSite is preferred11. H.S. Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
