Onsite Monday through Thursday, Remote on Friday - Los Angeles, CAAs a Digital/Creative Team Project Manager you will:Within our client's Entertainment's Creative Advertising Group sits the Visual Innovation Studio (aka VIS) team, which serves as an in-house design agency supporting all client's marketing efforts. The VIS Digital team focuses on creating awareness and interest for new/returning client shows, as well as cultivating and expanding the audience across the social/digital landscape.As the VIS Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse range of projects, spanning social ideation, content creation, Augmented Reality and digital experiential initiatives. The primary focus will be supporting the various client shows and initiatives across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest) both organically and through paid media.Project Management:

Defining the project scope, timelines and deliverables for the various digital project types mentioned above.Gathering and providing all relevant assets to assign to the appropriate resources.Tracking the full cycle of each project and its progress, to ensure they adhere to the established timelines.Securing approvals from appropriate stakeholders from project kick-off to delivery.Client Relationship Management:

Acting as a liaison between our internal teams (Creative Directors, Designers, VP, larger VIS design team), our respective client marketing teams (social, media, content partnerships, strategy), and external design vendors/freelancers.Maintaining clear and efficient communication channels to ensure project/team success.Resource Allocation:

Overseeing and allocating resources for our internal team of designers, as well as external vendors and freelancers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaboration:

Collaborating frequently with the VIS digital project management team and the VP of Design Operations to follow proper workflows and processes.Working closely with the VIS Digital VP and Creative Directors to help transform their creative visions into reality.Promoting effective communication and teamwork through fostering a collaborative environment within the VIS team.The ideal candidate will have:

Mid-level Project Manager background (this is NOT a Social Media Manager) - 3 to 5 years of experience.Experience working for an in-house creative team or creative agency or entertainment agency - managing the projects (not having to create the designs and media, etc.)Working as a liaison with Creative Directors, Designers, VP, and larger Visual Innovative Studio team.Experience managing on average 4 to 8 projects a week (as some projects are smaller and wrap up in a day, others may take a few days).Sound knowledge / understanding of this type of creative space, things like:

Duration / cycle to create motion graphics (like a 30 or 60 second video or animation).Producing social content.Somewhat familiar with a project like creating AR experiences on TikTok and Instagram.

Pay Range*:
