What You Will Enjoy DoingUtilize various tools and platforms to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities. This included selected purchased reports along with Reports we have purchased already via the Region or at HQ.Analyze these reports to give the NOAM region direction on End Use Markets, Geographies, Technologies. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to cross-functional teams.Collaborate with other regional marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing Sales campaign effectiveness.Perform market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends in the industry.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to maximize online visibility and reach.Responsible for NOAM Marketing Presence on LinkedIn in conjunction with Hard, Austria.Explore and implement AI tools for customer segmentation, personalized content recommendations, and chatbots to enhance customer interactions.Implement marketing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.Stay updated on social media trends and leverage emerging platforms for marketing purposes.Generate an internal mechanism so ALPLA NOAM can understand our Margins by BU, by Market, by substrate.Work with sustainability team to develop a NOAM Sustainability Value PropositionActively participates and manages which Industry tradeshows we will attend in NOAM along with VP of Sales and Sales Directors.This includes managing collateral and booth design if necessary.Translating Quality current collateral to reach a North American AudienceResponsible to generate a system for capturing leads at tradeshows.Support and participate in events that ALPLA (CSR connection point)Must be familiar with CRM and Help team use it with Campaigns.Interpretation of market trends and derivation of effects on the product portfolio and profitability for IM (Injection Molding)Identify potential Acquisition CandidatesConduct analysis of DistributionPerform analysis of Contract ManufacturingRegular market review with regards to product status, pricing and competitiveness.Understanding of the key competitors and their products and marketing activities.Observation of competitors (online and through visits to trade fairs, conferences,).Query market and customer needs through customer visits.
Travel Time Expected: 50%What Makes You GreatEducation/ExperienceBachelors degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.5-6 years related.SkillsExtensive knowledge and experience in business marketing with a strong ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems and competitive strategies.Minimum of 5 years working experience in a comparable sales management position.Extensive knowledge and curiosity about CRMs and how campaigns can impact our overall process.Strong market knowledge for plastic packaging.Excellent technical understanding of plastic packaging products and their market requirements.Comfortable with business strategies, prioritization, go to market, pricing, and the tracking of KPIs together with financial metrics.Enable talented individuals, foster a test & learn culture and organization.Advanced communication and facilitation skills on all organizational levels and diverse groups.Open and mindful for new tasks and challenges.Fluent in English.Experienced, with an open mindset working across multiple cultures and regions.Solid IT user skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM).Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
