This position will take warm leads from prospective customers and be able to effectively close sales.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Represents the company in a professional manner.Responsible for individual revenue generation from sales to new customers.Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.Develops a trusting advisory relationship with existing and new customers.Responsible for following EasyClosets Standard Operating Procedures when dealing with customers.Ability to be creative with our proprietary online closet design tool.Lives Company values on a daily basis.Poses no direct threat to the health or safety of himself/herself, of others, or to property. Education & Experience:
High School Diploma required, equivalent relevant experiencePrevious experience as an in-home designer or organizer in the closet industry a huge plusPrior sales production record is a plusPrevious design software/technical experience
Proficient in MS OfficePrior CRM experience, familiarization with Salesforce is a plusExceptional Customer Service skillsA willingness to learn, replicate, and employ the EasyClosets selling and customer interaction methodology is a mustPersonable, friendly, and a strong communicator via phoneAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of spatial relationships, math, fractions, and decimalsStrong organizational and time management skillsInterpersonal skills in order to work effectively with individuals both internally and externally to The Stow CompanyMust have excellent customer service skills; including strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have the ability to interface with all levels of personnel in an office and a manufacturing environmentAbility to take the initiative and work well independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
