Position: Drupal Web Developer Experience: 8 Years DOM -DoIT is seeking an experienced Drupal developer to join its Digital Experience (DX) team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Drupal websites, as well as creating and integrating Qualtrics forms. This position will manage daily design, development, and maintenance of citizen-facing websites that support critical state services in Iowa. The developer will collaborate with DX, Qualtrics teams, stakeholders, and leadership to achieve strategic digital goals. Responsibilities include accessibility remediation, search enhancement, readability improvements, customer analytics, and chatbot technology. Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and approve site updates. Test and ensure website features function across all devices, browsers, and environments. Support Drupal applications via Acquia. Plan and execute Drupal upgrades. Migrate or archive website content, forms, and data. Develop custom themes for Drupal sites as needed. Manage user access, roles, and permissions. Apply core, module, and security updates. Support the Qualtrics platform, including survey design, dashboards, and reporting. Collaborate on survey and platform design, data collection, and analysis. Implement customer experience analytics. Train users and content editors. Integrate third-party technologies. Ensure accessibility and readability compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
