New York Based- Hybrid Work Structure
The BCW Creative team is seeking a full-time dedicated Senior Creative Project Manager for the agency's largest accounts in the Healthcare space. In this role you will be the chief facilitator between our account team and the creative, production and design teams to manage the workflow, own quality control, manage deadlines and troubleshooting.
This role will provide strategic counsel to BCW account teams on creative approach, execution, and timing. We expect this role to join calls and occasionally in-person meetings to stay connected and informed on account projects and work in need of creative support. This role will also help manage the financial aspects of our work including purchase orders, team hours, stock image purchasing, licensing etc.

The Work:Plan the detailed delivery of a range of projects to meet defined timelines, budget targets and quality standardsManage methodology and process throughout projects for digital, social, broadcast/video, print and OOHProvide regular status reports including hours utilized and financial status for projectsEnsure efficiency of team meetings and that necessary team members are in attendanceCollaborate closely with account teams to prepare project proposals, schedules, estimates, review contracts and SOWMonitor plans using appropriate software to ensure timely completion of projectsDeliver quality standards of work on time and on budgetExperience that contributes to your success:
8+ years of experience in project management within an agency.Proven experience on project management, digital, social, broadcast/video, print and OOH deliverablesWorking knowledge on contemporary PM software (Wipster, Teams, Iconik, Harvest, Asana, etc.)Agency production experience preferredFamiliarity with healthcare accounts preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience serving as the intermediary between account, creative teams and clientsSelf-starter who is highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skillsDynamic leadership, management and team building skillsSuccessful track record managing multiple client assignments simultaneouslyKnowledge of integrated advertising/marketing campaignsDesire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization as an active participant in culture initiatives, training opportunities and employee resource groups.Perks of working at BCW:

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000.00 to $180,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
