AgriCapture is a mission-driven company that certifies Climate-Friendly practices on farms, ranchlands and grasslands and quantifies associated emissions reductions, enabling producers to generate revenue for their sustainable management practices. By certifying agricultural products as Climate-Friendly and developing carbon credits, we serve corporations who are reducing and offsetting their GHG emissions while empowering consumers to consciously select Climate-Friendly products. AgriCapture was recently awarded a $7.5 million grant from the USDA to build a market for Climate-Friendly commodities.
We are seeking a Marketing Director to join our team and lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for expanding our marketing activities and crafting a long-term marketing strategy that supports lead generation and promotes brand awareness.
You will be expected to translate company goals into effective marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Objectives of the Role
Collaborate with business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products.Refine channel strategy, including shoring up digital presence, supporting content creation as needed, and engaging press.Identify short- and long-term scheduling plans, resource needs and budgets, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecast, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals to create awareness of the company’s business activities.Work closely with executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to execute campaigns and projects effectively.Identify target customer segments through marketing research and data analysis.Develop customer specific marketing strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing strategies into overall business growth plans.Develop and execute go-to marketing strategies for new products or services.Establish clear goals and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.Proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a similar senior marketing role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience working with external marketing agencies or vendors.Solid understanding of customer segmentation and targeted outreach.Background in small business or startup environment is highly desired.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
