Associate Graphic Artist - Photo Editor
Objective : Assist in scheduling of in-house photographic specific projects to support launches. Responsible for project managing and designing photographic marketing materials for print, digital and online. Efficiently sees all projects through from start to finish to increase hit rate and presence. Works under supervision performing work which requires a tremendous amount of creativity, organization and talent. Responsibilities :
Ensure quality of graphics in the "Documentation" portion of the catalog Responsible for all product photography completion and delivery of internal assets to various teams (ie., web store, documentation, etc.) Upload web store photo assets for launches High volume product photo post editing and re-touching Product launch photo assets management including tracking, schedule and reporting status of all in-progress photography projects Design various materials for internal company events and employee programs Support and design online social media assets and projects Support of Tech Lead of photography under their direction for completion of projects Qualifications :
Requires Bachelor's degree in Graphics art or equivalent relevant hands-on experience working for design studio, ad agency, or in-house corporate design team Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with hands-on project management graphic design Requires strong Microsoft Excel skills Must have an understanding of photographic studio principles as well as familiarity with common studio equipment and techniques Strong computer-based skills with extreme proficiency in Photoshop; also InDesign and Illustrator preferred Understanding of website structures and technical workings a plus Intermediate HTML, CSS required. Basic Javascript a plus Print pre-press production knowledge a plus
