SENIOR DESIGNER - Boys & Men's Fashion Sportswear
Client Overview:One of North America's leading apparel companies specializing in Mens and Boys Sportswear.
Position Overview: Our companyis growing and looking for a motivated Senior Designer to contribute to our creative atmosphere. We are a fast-paced company specializing in branded and private label programs.We have an immediate opening for a talented designer who specializes in cad design, tech pack creation, and seeing samples from Proto to TOP.
Senior Designer Responsibilities:• Researching the market for key items and trend • Initiating original concepts that drives sales forward• Designing compelling silhouette sketches and seasonal concept trends• Developing colors, fabrications, all over prints, and trim package• Executing detailed tech packs for product development and production• Interface with technical designer on new design development and fittings• Partner with production team on approvals to maintain on-time deliveries.• Accountable for adhering to design development T & A calendar and production deadlines
Senior DesignerQualifications:• Strong CAD skills- Proficient in Illustrator & Photoshop on a Mac platform• Detailed and conscience of deadlines.• Strong communication and organization skills• 8+ years of relative design experience working in the Young Men's & Boy's market.
