Job Summary:Experienced Marketing Manager with multi-cultural exposure that can oversee the day-to-day operations and global implementation, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns. Recruit, manage and engage Marketing Managers and personnel in regional offices to promote localized marketing initiatives and sales lead generation targets.
Spearhead data gathering and reporting analysis to inform marketing decisions. Lead brand management and public relations initiatives, including communications channels and content, and trade show and industry event participation and visibility. Oversee daily activities of the marketing team, including production of all marketing material.
Work closely with HQ management to develop and implement marketing strategy and tactics and communicate with regional offices.Constant communication and direction of regional marketing personnel.Work with Marketing Managers and regional sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product training, collateral development and marketing activity at a local level.Collaborate with global sales to segment the market, and launch successful omni-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.Measure and report on marketing campaign performance.Coordinate with HQ and local PR team to oversee coordination of PR events.Manage research, selection, participation, budgeting, and coordination of regional industry publications, trade shows, roadshows, and dealer events.Creative content development of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, presentations and all marketing-related projects.Research, analyze and prepare reports on industry trends, market size, market share, customers, competitor products, pricing, strategies etc.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)5-7 years marketing experience (in security industry preferred)Or equivalent combination of education and experienceGlobal and multi-cultural exposureDemonstrated ability to lead successful global teamsProven experience executing successful omni-channel global marketing campaigns that engage, educate and drive salesFamiliar with HubSpot, WordPress and Google AnalyticsStrong analytical and project management skillsConfident, charismatic personality with ability to present and interact with multiple culturesAbility to travel up to 25%, including valid passport to travel internationallyExcellent command of verbal and written English with strong writing and editing abilities
