We are hiring immediately for on-call AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN positions.
Location: Coca-Cola - 1 Coca-Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30313. Note: online applications accepted only.
Schedule: On-call; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
Requirement: No prior experience required.

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Ensures all audio visual requirements requested by clients are met. Interfaces with various audio visual, communication, and presentation technologies. Maintains positive customer relationships and responds promptly to inquiries about space or service needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviews customer and meeting planner requests and provides equipment/assistance as needed. Gathers information from email and phone communications and distributes to the relevant contact.
- Provides support for problem escalation and issue resolution. Follows up on service challenges and collaborates with the manager for corrective actions.
- Offers technical assistance for all meetings and events requiring tech services.
- Follows SOPs for AV support as provided by the AV Manager and Director of Technology and Operations.
- Performs weekly preventative maintenance and reports findings.
- Changes data projectors, lamps, and cabling associated with integrated systems.
- Reviews equipment operation with customers to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Provides operational assistance and troubleshooting for AV equipment.
- Educates staff and customers on AV equipment basics.
- Maintains metrics related to equipment inventory and repairs.
- Communicates effectively with team members and partners.
- Assists with conference room setups, breakdowns, and other tasks as needed.
- Keeps AV storerooms organized.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year supporting AV for events.
- Proficient with office technology and equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
