Job Title: Marketing Manager – Technology Solutions
Location: Alpharetta, GA or Hickory, NC area (Hybrid/Remote flexibility considered)

Position Summary
ASD is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for technology and a proven track record of driving measurable outcomes in B2B marketing, with the foresight to anticipate both opportunities and challenges. This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key part in ASD’s growth journey by elevating our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving engagement across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of marketing in the technology sector, particularly in structured cabling, physical security, WiFi, audiovisual, and managed IT services. This person will own the full marketing function, from developing strategy to executing day-to-day tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development
Define and maintain a differentiated brand position in the B2B workplace technology solutions space.
Ensure brand consistency across technical documentation, trade shows, digital assets, and partner communications.
Develop brand campaigns and messaging frameworks that support category leadership and engender customer trust.
Content Creation & Technical Storytelling
Lead the creation of high-impact content, including product collateral, technical briefs, case studies, brand videos, and thought leadership articles.
Translate complex technology capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives for decision-makers and technical evaluators alike.
Partner with technicians and subject matter experts to develop credible and technically accurate marketing assets.
Sales Enablement
Build a library of sales tools, including pitch decks, ROI calculators, comparison sheets, and vertical-specific content.
Create targeted ABM campaigns and outbound enablement content to help move prospects through long sales cycles.
Support new service launches and trade show initiatives with tailored content and messaging.
Strategic Marketing Execution
Lead go-to-market strategy for new service introductions, market expansions, or channel initiatives.
Manage the marketing calendar and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, and email.
Track performance of campaigns and initiatives, adjusting tactics based on lead quality, pipeline impact, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, IT services, or related industries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technology topics into compelling, audience-focused messaging
Proven track record of developing and executing B2B marketing plans that support long-cycle or consultative sales.
Experience working closely with sales and technical teams to drive alignment and build effective optimization tools.
Demonstrated expertise managing SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, and CRO implementations.
Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
