Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing Specialist with a strong background in legal marketing to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys producing high-quality marketing content and materials. This is a hybrid position , with in-office presence required for team meetings, marketing initiatives, and firm events.
About You:

• 5+ years of legal marketing experience (law firm or in-house)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM/CMS), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Canva, and WordPress
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to multitask effectively
• A collaborative, self-starter mindset with comfort working both independently and with cross-functional teams.

About the Job:

• Draft and edit attorney bios, blog posts, newsletters, and internal communications; maintain and update the firm's website with relevant content and edits.
• Create and post content and graphics for the website, email campaigns, and social media channels; manage contact lists and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, ContactEase).
• Design and support branded presentations, proposals, and firm materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate and contribute to submissions for legal rankings such as Chambers, Super Lawyers, and Best Lawyers.
• Track marketing initiatives including events, memberships, and BD efforts; assist with special projects such as holiday campaigns or video content to enhance firm visibility.

This is a part-time position with weekly hours of up to 20 hours per week. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be local to either the Philadelphia, PA or Wilmington, DE office . The position pays up to $45 per hour , depending on experience, and is contract-to-hire .
