Job Description
Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship seeks an energetic, creative, proactive team-member eager to improve use of analytics in marketing and member engagement. The Marketing Database Analyst manages the administration of the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship’s database platforms to ensure accuracy and strengthen business processes. They ensure that the Center’s database processes are effectively contributing to its overall goals, oversees implementation of new systems, and provides insights through statistical analysis and reporting to improve overall decision making.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing the Center’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management system), as well as its suite of marketing platforms to ensure system integrity, security and continued improvement. They will identify areas of integration, and execute strategies to collect and connect meaningful metrics to determine future decision making. They will regularly conduct in-depth analysis using statistical processes to identify trends and inform future strategy, and will enable the Center to reach its audiences effectively by creating segmented lists and reports.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $63,800 to $79,750; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree required, 3+ years of professional database management experience, training in HTML and CMS systems.
Candidate must also have:
Ability to manage priorities and workflows
Ability to conduct analysis on large data sets using statistical processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced MS Excel), CRM system (preference for Microsoft Dynamics), system integration software (preference for Scribe), email marketing systems (preference for ClickDimensions) some programming experience a plus
Ability to create, track and optimize campaigns in CRM (Customer Relationship
Management System), Google Adwords / Analytics, email marking systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
