What You’ll DoAs a key contributor to our dynamic team, you will be responsible for strategically planning, producing, and delivering a monthly and weekly cadence of marketing resources that we supply to our lawyer members for sharing about their services, online and in-person events, and educating their community. Your role involves crafting and refining engaging weekly blog posts, collaborating closely with team members, and offering constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of our content.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing social media posts by generating graphics and crafting compelling captions on a weekly basis. Your creativity will further shine as you develop monthly campaign copy and associated digital marketing assets, including flyers and postcards for our members to use to attract clients. In this multifaceted position, you have the opportunity to innovate and come up with effective strategies to guide our legal professionals in their content-related activities while adhering to established branding guidelines and writing styles. Join us in shaping a vibrant and impactful online presence!
You will also collaborate with our Product and Resource Team to develop social and digital marketing assets to our lawyer members for use in promoting their webinars, live presentations, lead magnets and other client attraction resources we provide.

Qualifications
Prior experience in the legal field, ideally with a background in law, paralegal work, or law school experience
Basic graphic design skills to create visually compelling content
Foundation in journalism with a keen understanding of effective storytelling and writing style
Proven expertise in copywriting, blogging, and direct response marketing to drive impactful communication
Demonstrated proficiency in crafting and executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand presence
Mastery of Canva, showcasing an advanced skill set in leveraging the platform for creative design solutions
