Title: UI Developer (Next JS)
Pay Rate: $40/HR to $49/HR
Location: Columbus, OH 43017
Work Schedule: 1st Shift
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
- Skills: HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS
- Experience required: 6 to 8 Years
- Technologies: React, NextJS, Node JS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Front-End Development with primary UI skills
- Proficient understanding of Frontend technologies, web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and knowledge of Single Page Applications and JS frameworks like jQuery
- Experience in designing and developing responsive web applications
- Experience with Web application development using NextJS, React, Node JS; designing, developing, and managing scalable web applications with Next.js framework
- Implementing and optimizing web performance, SEO, and security features for Next.js applications
- Writing robust, effective, and scalable Next.js code for server-side rendering and static site generation
- Monitoring and optimizing performance and availability of Next.js applications across devices and platforms
- Familiarity with build tools such as webpack, Rollup, gulp, and Grunt
- Advanced experience with ReactJS, Next, Context API, GraphQL, TypeScript, NodeJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with source versioning tools like Git
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Jasmine, JSLint
- Experience in developing in hosted/web-services/SaaS/ or Cloud environments
- Knowledge of front-end architecture (Micro frontend), exposure to DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Drone, Git)
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Next.js, collaborating with UX/UI designers
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in Next.js or other JS frameworks
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences
