You facilitate rollouts of new apps and modulesas well as configure app UI and Workflow. Your work stays fresh with your customized approach to each application. Working on general updates and configuration changes/requests is a piece of cake to you. You know collaboration with your ServiceNowteam is to key tosuccessful solutions for clients.
Here's what you need:
experience supporting the configuration and development of ServiceNow
US Citizenship, dual citizens not eligible
Bonus points if:
A ServiceNow System Admin certification
Customer Relationship Management experience
An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
An ITIL Foundations Certification
E xperience implementing systems with Agile/Scrum methodology and/or System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
