The national offices of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), based in Louisville Kentucky, serve with mid-councils, congregations, worshipping communities, and partner organizations to carry forth the mission of Jesus Christ.

This community comprises the staff of several national entities: the Office of the General Assembly, Presbyterian Investment and Loan Corporation, the Presbyterian Mission Agency, the Presbyterian Publishing Corporation, Presbyterian Women, and the Administrative Services Group.
To assist in creating and distributing marketing and communication tools for the Presbyterian Investment & Loan Program and provide effective sales and administrative support to the sales team and the President/CEO.
Roles and Responsibilities:Assists Vice President of Sales in creation, production and distribution of marketing resources, webinars, brochures, eblasts, newsletters and other promotional material. Ensures that website, downloadable content and documents are current, accurate, and functioning properly.Maintains and monitors all social media sites.Develops and maintains up-to-date contact management databases plus prospect mailing lists including routine file maintenance of contact management software.Receives information (correspondence, e-mail, phone, etc.) pertaining to sales leads, obtains information concerning objectives of the sales leads and prepares necessary information for sales calls by the sales team.Produces and distributes information packets and other materials to potential investors or borrowers.Ensures that mailings of sales materials, investment materials and other information are timely and accurate.Conducts an initial query for responding to or referring callers to appropriate personnel.Responsible for establishing new investment customer files on financial operating platform and creating physical customer files.Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Essential Position Requirements:
High School education with additional course work in marketing or communications.Minimum of two years marketing or communications experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.Strong computer skills, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, social media platforms.Effective written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in ad copy creation and press releases.Experience with Microsoft Access, Adobe Acrobat.Ability to work independently, set priorities for work, use initiative in time management, and be an effective and collegial team player.
