Position Highlights
1. Prepares and organizes materials for proposals, and submits and monitors grant applications.2. Maintains grant compliance and reporting, including outcome measurement and grant budgets - takes responsibility for meeting high standards of effectiveness, timeliness, and completeness.3. Researches statistics, trends and date or grant proposals and community advocacy, and performs research and data-gathering from both external sources and Casa program data.4. Under the guidance of the Director of Advancement and in collaboration with the Community Partnership Coordinator, develops and fosters relationships with institutional funders, and provides stewardship for existing grantors.5. Drafts proposals/LOIs, grant application narratives and budgets, then collaborates with program staff, finance and the CEO to finalize.6. Tracks progress toward organizational and programmatic outcomes and goals, and submit reports to funders and investors.7. Works on other Adhoc projects as assigned by the Director of Advancement.
