Location: New York, New YorkJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $53 - 58 per hourWe are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian for one of our top clients in the pharmaceutical industry!In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all questions and support for Stock and Font usage and creation across the brand.You will be responsible for creation, management and governance of process around Stock Content, Original Content and Font usage.The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of DAM principles, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining a well-organized and accessible digital library. Responsibilities:Licensing & CopyrightManage relationships with current stock content suppliers and internal teams to establish process and ensure governance.Partner with Legal to understand current license agreements with Enterprise Stock photo agencies.Gather and synthesize inputs from across business on stock content needs.Partner with Procurement to share business inputs around stock content needs.Act as the POC for employees on questions about licensing of stock content and communicate process for how to obtain licenses.Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quality control standards are maintained with regard to proper licensing and usage.Work with agencies to manage access of all employees to Stock image sites, review regularly.Work with agencies to manage access of external partners to Stock agencies and regularly review/revoke access rights.Partner with DAM librarian to understand stock content requirements within DAM as well as DAM policies and processes.Partner with DAM librarian on data management including data tags.Create and maintain a SOP guidance document, education and FAQ's around stock content to be available to the business.Owned ImageryManage relationships with suppliers and internal teams to establish process and ensure governance as Kenvue moves to a one-global team model for owned imagery.Partner with Legal to understand license rights needed for any brand-owned imagery.Partner across the business to share out guidelines, best practices and process for creation of owned imagery.Partner across the business and with Legal on to ensure that rights for model, property or other releases are procured.Gather and synthesize inputs from across business on stock content needs.Partner with Procurement to share business inputs around stock content needs.Create and maintain a SOP guidance document, education and FAQ's around stock content to be available to the business.Font LicensingManage relationships with current font content supplier and internal teams to establish process and ensure governance as brand moves to a one-global team model for fonts.Partner with Legal to understand current agreements of all brand and Consumer Brand fonts.Build working relationship with font supplier to bring continuity across all teams accessing font portal.Maintain database of all licensed fonts and license details (foundry, license type, costs, seats, etc).Act as the POC for employees on questions about licensing of fonts and process for how to obtain font licenses.Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure quality control standards are maintained.Gather and synthesize inputs from across business on stock content needs.Partner with Procurement to share business inputs around stock content needs.Manage access of all employees to Font Management system, review regularly.Manage access of external partners to Font Management tool and regularly review/revoke access rights.Create and maintain a SOP guidance document, education and FAQ's around stock content to be available to the business.Design Asset ManagerManage relationships across internal teams to establish process and ensure governance as brand moves to a one-global team model for assets.Establish an architecture for management of folders, permissions, naming and access for all Design files globally.Lead process for digital asset storage within Design.
Minimum 7 years of experienceEducation: BachelorsExperience in managing Creative Digital Assets - Imagery, Photo, Video, Audio, Fonts, etc.Cataloging, Organizing, Storage, and Distribution.Experience in license management of Digital Assets (inc font and photo/video) with basic understanding of legal requirements and compliance.Experience in working with font application, font foundries and technical language.Experience in working with Stock house suppliers (ie Getty, Shutterstock, Adobe).Experience in working in DAM and file-storage platforms/servers.Knowledge of conventional file formatting and usage.Experience in working with metadata, tagging and file-naming of content.Ability to create and organize data including creation of an architecture map and naming convention.
