This is a part-time contract role with a flexible schedule, offering between 10-30 hours per week depending on project needs. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the conversation around the future of work by creating compelling visual content. The position is 100% remote, but you must be able to work on a Pacific Time Zone schedule . This role is a great fit for a visual storyteller who can transform complex research insights into simple, elegant, and engaging designs. Your work will be highly visible, contributing to external thought leadership and internal communications for a global audience. This contract has a strong possibility of extension. Responsibilities: Presentation Design (40%): Craft brand-aligned presentations for executive audiences and external thought leadership talks using PowerPoint or Keynote. Marketing Campaign Assets (40%): Design static and motion graphics for editorial content, social media campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. Production and Meetings (20%): Contribute to a design system by creating and maintaining marketing-focused components in Figma and collaborating with the team in meetings. Qualifications: Experience: Ideally 3-5 years of professional design experience, though we will consider 2-4+ years for candidates with an exceptional portfolio. Portfolio: A strong portfolio is required, showcasing your work in presentation design, editorial layout, information graphics, and/or marketing assets. Software Proficiency: 2+ years of experience with PowerPoint or Keynote. 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects). 1+ years of experience with Figma. A strong portfolio is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience designing presentations for executive-level stakeholders. Expertise in typography, layout, and editorial design. Experience with motion design, including micro-animations and explainer graphics. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A curiosity for integrating AI tools into your design workflow. Skills: You'll be measured on the quality of your work, your ability to meet deadlines, and your overall communication. The ideal candidate will be skilled at simplifying complex information into clear design narratives and consistently producing high-quality, on-brand visuals.
