a leading provider of home services, building brands that support the success of our franchisees, as well as bettering the lives of the homeowners we serve and the people we employ.This position is the driving force behind internal brand communications and external messaging. This position is responsible for internal communications serving our franchise owners and external communications to consumers.Responsibilities:Brand Voice & Messaging: Collaborate with brand executives, operations, marketing, franchise owners and vendor partners to refine brands voice and personality.Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand content calendar across digital, print, social, public relations, etc. to elevate brand awareness.Public Relations: Manage day-to-day relationship with PR agency, including national pitch opportunities, franchisee stories, and network activationWebsite Content Management: Work with digital marketing partner to optimize educational content for organic SEO growth.Franchise Owner Support: Assist franchisee network with local marketing efforts, including writing requests, local social media and blogs, customer communication, community involvement, and other miscellaneous requests.Social Media: Create and manage organic social media content at both the corporate and local franchisee levels. Monitor social media KPIs for performance and identify areas for improvement.Online Reputation: Work with franchisees to generate reviews and enhance overall reputation presence using various review monitoring programs.Internal Newsletters: Oversee internal franchisee newsletter, including content discussions with operations staff, article compilation and editing, layout, and distribution according to set publication calendar.Email Marketing: Develop any customer facing emails, including prospect drip campaigns, national consumer newsletters, and franchisee customer-facing emailsOperational Support: Assist operational team with various tasks, including development of internal network emails, script and presentation design support, virtual and on-site event support, reviewing network documents, and more.Community Outreach: Develop and support brand-level charitable community programs.Qualifications:A bachelors degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or English3-4 years experienceExperience with franchise/multiple locations a plus.PR agency and/or corporate experience or broadcasting experience preferred.Knowledge/understanding of working with media.Self-starter who is results-orientedSolid PC skills, including Microsoft Office systems and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with franchise/multiple locations a plus.We believe our greatest assets are our employees, we offer competitive salaries and a full benefits package to include, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) and more.Authority Brands Inc. conducts drug screens and background checks on applicants who accept employment offers.
