Make a Real Difference in a Student’s Life — Every Single Day Optimal ACCESS is looking for a compassionate, confident, and dependable individual to serve as a Communication Regulation Partner (CRP) for a student enrolled in our innovative virtual school for autistic students with complex neuromotor and communication challenges. This student is a bright and capable learner and is looking for a dedicated support professional to assist him to access his education. Our unique model provides eligible students with access to a fully accredited high school diploma , delivered through a neurodiversity-affirming, virtual curriculum with in-person support provided in the safety and comfort of the student’s home . About the Role As a CRP, you’ll support a nonspeaking or minimally speaking studentto regulate their sensory and neuromotor systems so they can access and respond to grade-level academic instruction , and participate meaningfully in social opportunities within our school. You’ll be trained and supported by our expert team, and you’ll become a trusted learning and communication ally to a student who simply needs the right support to thrive. What You’ll Do: ️ Provide co-regulation and communication support during academic sessions ️ Support the student’s ability to access and respond to lessons virtually ️ Help the student engage in peer-based online clubs and social groups ️ Foster autonomy, connection, and confidence in a respectful way ️ Communicate with the student’s instructional and therapeutic team ️ Receive ongoing mentorship and training from our professional staff What You Need: A high school diploma (at least 2 years of college preferred) Curiosity and compassion A calm, regulated presence and willingness to learn Dependability and professionalism Trustworthy and kind personality Ability to work in-person with the student in their home Commitment to respectful and empowering support Excellent written and verbal skills Driver's License and reliable transportation No prior experience required — we provide full training and mentorship!
