RESPONSIBILITIESLead and oversee the creation and editing of content for various marketing channels including website, advertising, email, and social media.Develop and execute content strategies aligned with overall marketing and branding objectives.Create captivating brand and product stories that resonate with customers.Maintain brand style guides and ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform content strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of messaging.Manage copy development and lead a team of copywriters to ensure high-quality output.Participate in meetings and make presentations to stakeholders as necessary.Adhere to production schedule and meet deadlines.Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS7 years of multi-channel experience in agency or in-house agency.Proven experience in copywriting and content creation, with managerial experience.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proficiency in content management systems, SEO principles, and digital marketing tools.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to content creation and advertising.Bachelor's degree in related field.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMaster's degree in related field preferred.Experience from in-house food company or B2B preferred.Knowledge of basic AI and HTML helpful.
