The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, uploading and optimizing content within their internal resource system (Loopio), ensuring that all information is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to enhance content quality and streamline processes. This role is 40 hours per week. There is an onsite requirement of 4 days per week in downtown Boston, MA . Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain content within Loopio, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and facilitate RFI processes. Analyze content performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements. Develop and implement content management best practices and workflows. Conduct regular audits of content to ensure compliance with company standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience with Loopio or similar content management systems. Strong understanding of content management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
