Gathers information from appropriate stakeholders across MoMA to synthesize and communicate programs and engagement opportunities to our member community.Builds an annual content calendar based on Museums' exhibition schedule, tent-pole events, and key cultural moments.Oversees monthly content creation aligned with the annual calendar.Drafts monthly newsletters and event invitations to communicate member benefits and drive engagement.Develops copy for monthly renewal solicitations and acquisition campaigns across direct mail, email, ads, social media, and moma.org.Maintains team-wide creative resources, including images, brand and copy guidelines, and past materials.Analyzes results of initiatives to identify optimizations for content and communications plan.Performs any other duties reasonably related to the functions described above.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and one to two years experience in an editorial or marketing organization.Prior experience with copy creation, content planning, and social media marketing preferred.Prior experience in a museum or cultural institution is a plus.Excellent written communication skills.Attention to detail. Ability to follow and meet deadlines.
