About The TeamThe Workplace Design & Experience (WDX) team is an internal agency for the creative design of spaces, communications, and experiences.With a focus on our employees and communities, WDX works closely with our Brand team to ensure a unified expression of the brand globally across all of our touchpoints and stakeholders.Good storytelling starts with great listening. each role and every project has our audience in mind. Job Responsibilities:As a Digital Designer, you will...Concept and develop creativity across the entire workplace and employee experience, including in-person, live events, and well-being activations, through static and animated assets.Translate internal content for external expression across our social channels and our Careers site.Design assets that appear in email newsletters, on our intranet, digital signage, and print collateral.Adapt consumer promotional and video content for our large-scale lobby displays.Edit existing static graphic templates, evolve them, and create new ones.The Digital Designer will work with the project manager to effectively prioritize work for on-time delivery.Ensure design and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a similar field.3-6 years of graphic design experience.An available online portfolio of graphic design showing a refined typographic sensibility.Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.Basic understanding of web, display, and print technologies.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Express.Proficiency in developing storyboards and visually communicating motion concepts.Experience with pre-flight and file setup for print.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working with large-scale environmental displays.Experience shooting and editing photography.Experience in shooting and editing video.Experience with using Generative AI tools to enhance output or workflow.
