Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire an SEO Analyst for a major entertainment company.

You’ll join the Customer Engagement team to run SEO projects from start to finish. This is a full-time 4-6 month, W2 contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in Orlando FL.

SEO Analyst Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SEO initiatives, from planning through execution
• Identify and resolve SEO issues including site speed, metadata, indexing, and crawlability
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports on rankings, traffic, and site health
• Conduct keyword research and provide strategic content recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Creative teams to implement SEO best practices
• Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, and JIRA to drive performance
• Optimize for emerging platforms, including AI-powered search engines and chatbot experiences
• Stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates, applying them to enhance Disney’s digital content strategy

SEO Analyst Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital or content-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of both technical SEO and on-page/content SEO principles
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights
• Proficient in SEO platforms such as Semrush and Google Search Console
• Experience using analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar
• Confident presenting SEO strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
