SharePoint And Web Developer
Tyto Athene is hiring a SharePoint and Web Developer to support a Government Program Management Office in Suitland, MD. Responsibilities include supporting the Chief Technology Officer with creation and maintenance of websites and applications for various business management, inventory management, change management, and program tracking systems. The role also requires management of web development, design, and applications, implementing database entry and retrieval functions for multiple users. The developer must develop and implement well-designed, testable, back-end programming to provide users with functional, data-visualization front-end interfaces. They will continuously review existing applications alignment with stakeholder requirements and performance, optimization, resilience, and security risks. The developer will troubleshoot and optimize web pages and applications for security and responsiveness via testing, evaluation, and coordination with stakeholders. They will remain current with emerging technologies by using industry best practices and applying innovative designs with websites and applications. The developer will assist with development, review, and preparation of briefing materials, reports, and other project documentation. They will coordinate responses to periodic reports and provide input to department strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. Some travel (less than 10%) is involved with this position.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in an information technology related field, three or more years of relevant web and application development experience, active IAT Level II certification, extensive knowledge of MS SharePoint, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, REST, and JSON, working knowledge of MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS Power Fx, Bootstrap, Chart.js, MDB, Font Awesome, and Flatpickr, experience in protecting data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning, and implementing cybersecurity measures, and excellent communication and customer service skills (written and oral). Desired qualifications include familiarity with DOD and/or U.S. Navy organizations and functional missions, at least one other Web Developer professional certification or certificate, such as CWP, CSDP, MCAD, MCPD, MCSA Web Applications, MCSE SharePoint Applications, etc., and understanding of Inventory Management software. Current active TS/SCI clearance (must have current SSBI) as reported in DISS is required.

Compensation
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between 100,000-130,000. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
