Lucky Lincoln Gaming is hiring a
that will be responsible for the execution of all marketing campaigns and activities for Lucky Lincoln Gaming's customer locations in an assigned territory. As one of the largest video gaming and amusement providers to bars, restaurants, truck stops, gas stations and non-profit organizations in the state of Illinois, the Marketing Coordinator is the 'champion' for LLG company communication and marketing project management. This position is responsible for implementing marketing activities that drive location profitability and increase player engagement while keeping everyone informed to make these changes a reality. The candidate will work very closely with our sales team, operations team, and corporate marketing department well as location owners to guide and implement specific promotions and marketing efforts.
This is a field-based position with daily travel throughout the state of Illinois and the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle to perform their assigned job duties.
As a Marketing Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Manage relationships with current location owners, vendors, and potential prospects.Coordinate development of artwork/design work between location owners and LLG creative teams.Coordinate purchasing of marketing collateral with vendors.Research and coordinate with vendors and location owners on new product offerings.Work with the Marketing Department to develop attractive, dynamic marketing materials, and online content consistent with the company's look and style.Writing/developing creative content including, but not limited to: web content, brochures, marketing plans and promotions.Manage "Company Communication" to keep Sales team and other employees informed and knowledgeable.Lead in training employees on products, applications, technology, and competitor products.Collaborate on sales aids and develop sales training tools.Be prepared to brainstorm creative promotional strategies.Continually research marketplace and industry to keep innovating.Analyze industry data to help establishments increase game play.Manage daily relations and troubleshoot issues.Develop strategic working relationships with existing establishments.Schedule regular visits to establishments for purpose of retention and revenue growth.Proactively address client issues.Perform special projects and related duties as assigned.Other duties as assigned.The Marketing Coordinator position is well-suited for you if you possess:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or creative field1-3 years of experience in a field marketing role executing promotional strategies and awareness; experience in consumer-service based marketing in a hospitality setting.Previous experience in account management and/or outside sales preferred, not required.Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.Previous experience in a compliance driven, highly regulated environment where attention to detail is a priority.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various applications.Why Join Lucky Lincoln Gaming
