JOB SUMMARY:This position is located at Haltech, Lexington, KY, with travel to other RWB locations as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and administer digital marketing campaigns targeting multiple customer channels through email and other outreach methods.Analyze, maintain, and execute social media content and utilize analytics across multiple channels and platforms to benchmark trends and identify areas for improvement working collaboratively with Content Manager on overall social strategy.Assist in overall marketing coordination and execution with corporate and divisional locations to execute marketing funnel strategy related to new product releases, events, visual impressions such as print and digital, social, and content creation.Utilize photography and video equipment to capture product, event, product demonstration and testimonials to create assets for marketing strategies.Contributes to the marketing team efforts by providing support, ideation, and cooperation to other Sales & Marketing personnel within Race Winning Brands and its brands.Responsible for maintaining marketing supplies and ancillary support for tradeshows, race and promotional events, and inhouse marketing studios.Event management assistance, coordinating merchandise sales, vehicles, displays, and other collateral needed to support successful customer interactions and impressions working with Marketing Coordinator.Creative knowledge and ability to translate or convey creative needs with graphic/video personnel to achieve desire visual messaging for targeted customers and markets.Working with outside marketing partners and influencers to align and execute AOP plans and strategies.PM21

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or related field.3-5 years experience in Marketing or sales preferred.Motorsports oriented.Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge/experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with both management and non-management associates.May require travel to customers, trade shows and race / promotional events as necessary to assure success of sales and marketing efforts. Projects a positive attitude towards the customer and co-workers, contributes to a positive working environment. Knowledge of performance and/or powersports is a plus.
