About Role
Ring Concierge seeks an experienced Creative Ops Manager to manage the internal creative workflow and calendar, focusing on projects that bring best-in-class digital, social, video and print content to life.They're experienced in working with designers, merchants, and marketing teams executing creative from concept to final deliverables, on-time and on-budget. They're an expert in the craft of time management, exceptionally organized and able to coordinate multiple projects at different stages of development. They have a knack for problem solving across multiple mediums, great attention to detail, strong sense of urgency and are excited to roll up their sleeves and work alongside high growth fast paced teams.
Responsibilities
PROJECT MANAGEMENTOversee all logistics for the creative team's production workflow. Build creative project work into a cross-functional calendar based on new product launches, seasonal campaigns andpromotional offer time periods.This role serves as the official owner of every creative project, managing the intake of all inbound creative requests and existing projects while keeping all cross functional parties informed of project status at all times in the processDevelops and enforces adherence of procedures for creative workflow processes and deadlinesto ensure standardized approach and deliveryProduces and distributes project status reports by maintaining workload data and activitiesWorks closely with merchandising, and marketing teams to keep all apprised of any shiftsin schedulesResponsible for entire production workflow, delegation/direction, project management,and ensure all timelines are achievedPartner with Creative Director to plan and organize efficient and scalable productions across channel and campaign to ensure smart multi-asset use production is being implementedUnify creative request process utilizing PM toolsOversee proper digital organization and archiving of all creative deliverablesLeads communication and execution with external print vendors for retail & brand marketing projects. Responsible for arranging delivery, install and take downWorks with Creative Leadership to oversee pre-production process leading up to shoots(sample tracking prep, style outs, shot list creation, call sheets), ensuring all stakeholders align on objectives and timelinesOn-set photoshoot organization, time management, production and servicing of talent / crew from start to finishTracking, ordering and return of all brand merchandise / production samples to have on site for all in-house and external photoshootsLEADERSHIP & COMMUNICATION
Report into the Creative DirectorInspire teams and peers to align on process and communicate effectively cross functionallyUse operational problem-solving skills to assess challenges across Creative Services and propose solutionsNegotiate and Communicate expectations, dates, and milestones with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to assess jobs, make quick decisions, and be solution and problem solving centricMaintains strong working relationships internally, and with other departments, to ensure open lines of communication regarding priorities, requirements, and statusRequirements
8-10 years of experience as a creative operations or creative production project lead,with a background working in a digital first retail environmentExperience working at a direct-to-consumer fashion, beauty, or jewelry brand previouslyExperience with a high volume, digital content creation that includes both seasonal and new product launch campaign content to support : email, e-commerce site, mobile, paid advertising, social, PR, events, retail stores, print collateral, video, PDP photography, editorial photographExtremely detail oriented, highly organized, strong sense of urgency and always having a 'can-do' attitude when responding to multi-channel project requests, company leadership and the internal creative teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing teams and collaborating across multiple disciplines and areas of expertiseAble to prioritize, plan, and manage multi-task multiple creative projects, requests, and internal and external photoshoot production under extremely tight deadlines and limited supervisionExperience negotiating contracts with creative talent and vendor resourcesExperience managing creative production budgets and associated expensesDetails - NYC
