Teneo Studio is Teneo's internal global creative team that provides premium and innovative creative services designed to help CEOs and their leaders address complex business challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a New York City based Junior Designer who has a passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, global team. In this role the designer will work with the global internal marketing and design teams on unifying the branding of all collateral for each of the firm's five businesses: Strategy and Communications, Management Consulting, People Advisory, Financial Advisory and Risk Advisory. Types of project deliverables include presentations, business documents, digital assets, office signage, banners, and collateral materials for special events. With guidance and mentorship from the Senior Art Director, the designer will develop a strong design aesthetic and expertise in producing creative that carries through the firm's visual identity across all business segments and elevates the visibility of the studio within the organization and beyond.
ResponsibilitiesWill work closely with the Senior Art Director at the Global Design Desk as well as the Marketing Team to produce high-quality creative from start to finish on all internal client engagementsWill assist in conceptualizing design concepts based on clear understanding of project briefsWill lay out and typeset a variety of collateral materials from reports to one-pagers and business documents based on established templatesWill execute digital assets including website graphics, e-vites, adverts, etc.Can multi-task, prioritize projects and demonstrate initiativeCan check (QC) own work for accuracy before presenting to managementCan work within tight deadlines/fast turnarounds, be nimble and pivot as the needs of projects changeWith guidance and mentorship, understand the design process and how it fits into larger project timelines, especially for multi-component brand outputsBe a team player and support the Senior Art Director and larger team; and can continue workflow in their absenceQualifications
1-2 years of experience working in agencies or in-house marketing as a junior designerExperience in branding for B2B and B2C clients preferredExpert in Adobe Creative SuiteProficient with MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and MSWord)Experience designing collateral for print (reports, signage, etc.) is a plusMust be detail-oriented

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Flexible Work Policy: Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York, Washington D.C, San Francisco and Boston offices, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a
minimum of three times a week.
