CyberPro is seeking a Technical Consultant (SharePoint & Drupal) Developer to support a high-visibility office within the Department of Health and Human Services, ASPR. The role requires experience with SharePoint and Drupal, UI/UX best practices, Section 508 compliance, and the U.S. Web Design System (U.S. WDS). ASPR focuses on public health preparedness and emergency response, with the Immediate Office (IO) providing executive leadership support for the Office of Public Affairs (OPA).

Schedule: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support ASPR.HHS.gov using SharePoint (version 16+) and transition to ASPR.gov using Drupal (version 10+), ensuring responsive, Section 508 compliant UI/UX.
• Design and implement interactive web content following current UI/UX best practices and U.S. WDS standards.
• Collaborate with ASPR's web and IT teams to develop database-driven products, APIs, and complex web artifacts.
• Maintain a logical site architecture, including sitemaps, leveraging existing designs and code templates.
• Create graphical content aligned with ASPR branding, including icons, charts, infographics, and photographs, for web and social media.
• Optimize content for search engines and coordinate with Search.gov to resolve SEO issues.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure site functionality and content accuracy.
• Manage content lifecycle processes for regular review, refresh, and removal of website content.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in developing interactive data visualizations, including maps, charts, and infographics, compliant with 508/WCAG 2.0, functional on desktop and mobile.
• Knowledge of Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Experience coding in SharePoint (2016+) and Drupal (10+).
• Skills in PHP, SQL, jQuery, JSON, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, and Java.
• Experience with database integration (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 standards.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Required Clearance: Public trust eligible (Tier 2)
