What You’ll Do:
Paid Media and Affiliate:
Develop and execute paid media strategies encompassing Paid Search, Paid Social, and retargeting to drive qualified traffic and conversions, including on 3rd party platforms like OpenTable.Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization to achieve KPIs.Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.Oversee affiliate marketing programs, building and nurturing relationships with affiliates to expand the program's reach.Develop commission structures, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with partner agreements.
Web and E-commerce Marketing:
Lead web and app marketing initiatives to enhance user engagement, retention, and conversions.Oversees the implementation of online marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans.Implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales, including product launches and promotions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates
Web, App and Online Ordering Platform Management:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring its functionality and performance.Manage eGift Card and Online Ordering PlatformsCollaborate with the web development team on updates and enhancements.Track and share learnings on on traffic and conversion rates
SEO, Online Listings and Reputation Management:
Manage online listings and directories to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
What You’ll Need:
Must represent Cooper’s Hawk values.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.4-5+ years of experience in digital or web marketing, preference for experience in direct response, performance-based digital advertisingProficient in HTML and Web AnalyticsProven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media, including Paid Search and Paid Social.Familiarity with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, web and app marketing, online listings, and reputation management.In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and website management.Agency experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple clients or brands.Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
