Four (4) year college degree.
Seven (7) + years and a successful track record of designing and delivering talent attraction (recruitment marketing) and lifecycle engagement initiatives in complex companies.

Develop, implement, and lead acquisition and retention marketing strategies to inform, attract, and engage top-tier talent across prioritized roles and markets.

Analyze data (market, talent, operational, etc.) to develop insights, drive campaign performance, and support investment strategies.
