Live game service and operationsContent production, systems, features for the live game

Lead exploration and development of investment plan for new game opportunities with the studio's core IPManage studio and development teamsOversee studio staffing across all key disciplines (e.g., production, design, engineering, art, live service, product management, project management and operations)Drive financial performance for the studio (e.g., existing live title and new investments)Report game and business performance to stakeholders and publisher on a regular cadenceFoster relationships with partner teams and shared services to support the gameBe a passionate ambassador for the game IPRequired Experience & Skills10+ years of production, development, and product management experience on a live game as a service product3+ years of leadership role (within the 10+ years of game experience)Must have shipped multiple successful titles, with significant experience in cross-platform and large-scale live operationsStrong knowledge and experience with F2P GaaS economy design and service operationsExperience with and full embrace of data analytics and data-driven decision-making:
