Responsibilities as the Junior UX Designer:

• Design Execution: Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
• User Research & Testing: Support usability studies and research efforts, applying insights to improve design iterations.
• Accessibility & Design Standards: Apply usability and accessibility best practices while contributing to the design system.
• Tools & Iteration: Use Figma, Miro, and Confluence to present design work, incorporate feedback, and support QA during development.
  
  

Qualifications for the Junior UX Designer:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: 1+ years of practical experience in UX or product design, including internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with additional familiarity in Miro and Confluence preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Exposure to usability best practices, user research methods, and responsive design for web and mobile platforms, with experience in healthcare or regulated environments preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong visual and interaction design instincts, attention to detail, curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to grow in a collaborative design environment.
