TITLE: Full-Stack Web Developer LOCATION: Northern Virginia CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active DoD Top Secret Clearance EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site *Accepting all levels of experience.* POSITION SUMMARY Modern Government Solutions (MGS) is seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer to design and develop modern, secure, and user-focused web applications that support critical federal missions in classified environments. In this role, you will build both front-end interfaces and back-end services that enhance usability, streamline complex workflows, and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with UX designers and data engineers to deliver intuitive, high-performance tools that drive mission success. RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to): Design and develop secure web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, and backend tools like Node.js and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with UX designers to enhance functionality, accessibility, and user experience across classified environments. Integrate front-end interfaces with backend services and data pipelines using secure, scalable APIs. Optimize application performance for speed and reliability, particularly in constrained or secure environments. Support classified development workflows, including adherence to ATO processes and security requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Proficient in front-end technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in secure coding practices. Skilled in backend frameworks to support full-stack application development. Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for collaborative interface development.
