Position Overview: The Marketing Director will drive strategic marketing initiatives, lead brand management, and foster innovation to ensure Alamance Foods remains at the forefront of the CPG industry. This role demands a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record of success in marketing within the CPG space. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Brand Management: Oversee the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity. Manage product positioning, messaging, and packaging to resonate with target audiences. Ensure consistency in brand identity across all channels and touchpoints. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively. Innovation and Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and line extensions. Drive innovation by identifying market gaps and consumer needs. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key spokesperson for the company, representing the brand in industry events and media engagements. Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). 8+ years of marketing experience within the CPG industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and analytics. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging marketing technologies.
