Web Designer (WIX Expert)

Job Overview:

DEV PARTNERS LLC is seeking amid-level Web Designerwith strong experience inWIXto help build and refine our website. This role will begin as atemporary, project-based positionwith the opportunity to transition into apermanent or ongoing rolebased on performance and company needs. Ideal for a creative, reliable designer looking to grow with a small but ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and format our WIX website to align with brand aesthetics
• Upload, edit, and optimize images using WIX's media tools
• Ensure consistent and responsive design across all devices
• Structure pages for a clean, user-friendly experience
• Assist with light SEO optimization (meta tags, page titles, etc.)
• Provide creative input and collaborate on future design needs as the role evolves

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of web design experience, including WIX platforms
• Strong skills in layout, formatting, and image handling
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively
• Interest in a longer-term working relationship if the fit is right

Bonus (Not Required):

• Experience with branding, light graphic design, or marketing
• Knowledge of basic SEO principles
• Comfortable working with astartup or small business team
