Seek and develop innovative testing ideas and strategies that leverage identified opportunities as well as changing consumer behavior.
Understand and address diverse user segments throughout their journey, tailoring strategies to meet their specific needs.
Translate high-value behaviors and motivations into campaign strategy, with a focus on optimizing current programs. Look for opportunities to increase our engagement with title repertoire expansion (watch more content on Peacock).
Partner with Data Science and interpret models of subscriber behaviors to better inform campaign strategy across multiple audience cohorts and content categories.
Synthesize briefs in alignment with brand teams to determine CRM support and priority.
Generate creative, compelling, and succinct copy for email subject lines and preheaders
Evaluate tactical testing results and use to inform ongoing testing strategy.
Liaise with the Audience Management and CRM to determine right message, right time, right audience, right channel in alignment with overall CRM calendar.
Continuously assess and optimize the user experience across all touchpoints, working closely with product teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Analyze KPIs on an ongoing basis to ensure that campaigns are maximizing return to Peacock and usage on platform.
Bachelor's degree
6-8 years of related experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, and content planning.
Track record for successfully driving digital audience/customer growth and revenue through CRM or other digital marketing channels.
Experience marketing content with the goal of maximizing member engagement and retention for digital subscriptions.
Experience designing and executing multi-channel testing.
Deep understanding of testing methodologies in email.
Experience managing a team and setting clear and concise objectives and tasks.
Excellent organizational and critical thinking capabilities, particularly in the stewardship of balancing multiple simultaneous audience / programming strategies.
Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
Experience marketing entertainment brands and content.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a high regard for attention to detail.
